QUALITY ASSURANCE
Northeast Transformer Services follows ANSI/IEEE standard methods of quality assurance and testing. Each individual component of our transformers undergoes all of the test and inspection per the related standard. The rebuilt transformer then undergoes a final factory test per ANSI/IEEE methods.
We employ a full time dedicated Quality Assurance team that tests and inspects every unit multiple times through several stages of production. Our process includes 12 quality assurance checkpoints ranging from a thorough un-tanked coil test and inspection, to a full final inspection of each component. We also perform receiving testing on parts and components, re-testing of salvage parts, and daily audits of all production processes.
Being partnered with transformer parts manufacturers, we can offer our customers the newest transformer products.
